In the free plan, you will gain access to a limited range of meditations that are always available for you to listen to. However, in order to access further contents, courses and features, you will be able to upgrade your subscription.
You will see "standard" or "premium" labels for certain contents. When you click on those restricted contents, you will be prompted to upgrade. Please follow the screen instructions where you can make a purchase by debit or credit card or PayPal. You will have instant access to the contents for a whole year upon successful transaction. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Play Store or App Store before it renews for the next year.
All users can view and book one or more events listed from the App. If you are a premium member, you will get a special discount for selected events. Non-premium members can purchase standard tickets. Online live events will be held via Zoom Meeting and details will be sent upon successful registration. All our upcoming events will be listed on our events section of the App and you will have the option to book one or more of these events separately. Specific locations, dates and times will be listed on the individual events. Bookings are subject to Terms & Conditions.
As a mindfulness training school, we work closely with both employers and employees to support performance and resilience at work. Our integration of wellbeing programmes works to encourage employers to attract and retain the best people and employees to build successful and healthy lives both in the office and at home.
